1 Unscrew retaining nut (6) from guide tube (4).
2 Insert collet (5) into guide tube (4) and secure it with the retaining nut (6).
3 Screw guide tube (4) into torch body (3).
4 Screw gas diffuser (2) into torch body (3).
5 Insert the tungsten electrode (7) into the torch body (3) from the front.
6 Screw gas nozzle (1) onto gas diffuser (2).
7 Set tungsten electrode (7) to the required length and fasten it to the guide tube (4).

1 Screw collet (4) with gas diffuser (2) into torch body.
2 Insert the tungsten electrode (5) into the torch body (3) from the front and tighten it with the
gas diffuser (2).
3 Screw gas nozzle (1) onto gas diffuser (2).
6.2 Tungsten electrode
The electrode type is set by EN ISO 6848. The max. length of electrode depends on the type
of torch.
