DESCRIPTION OF THE ELECTRICAL BOARD
This part of the manual shows the description and meaning of the
indicators which are on the electrical board placed on the machine.
IMPORTANT!
There may be several indicators, depending on the
number of fans mounted on the unit.
INDICATOR 1 (MOTOR 1 RUNNING): Indicates that fan no. 1 is
operating correctly
INDICATOR 2 (MOTOR 2 RUNNING): Indicates that fan no. 2 is
operating correctly
PUSH BUTTON 3 (RESET): If the CCAM unit is not matched with a
RHOSS evaporator, by means of this push button it is possible to
restart the fans which may have been shut down by the operation of
their thermal protection.
IMPORTANT!
The restoration is possible only if that which
caused the activation of the thermal protection has
been eliminated.
IMPORTANT!
For the CCAM 105S model the thermal protection is
inside the fan. If it cuts in, the TCEE unit will shut
down, giving a high pressure alarm.
INDICATOR 4 (CURRENT PRESENT): Indicates that power is reaching
the unit
MAIN ISOLATOR SWITCH 5: Using this device disconnects the unit
from the power mains.
DANGER!
Always disconnect the unit from the mains power
supply using the isolator switch before carrying out
maintenance work or checks. Make sure that no one
accidentally supplies power to the machine – lock
the main switch in the OFF position.
