2.1. winding your watch: leave
the crown
in its normal posi-

until you feel a resistance.
caution: do not overwind your
watch by using force, as this
may damage the movement.
2.2. setting the time: pull out
carefully the crown
you can then move the minute
and hour hands. push the crown
back in so that it clicks into

simultaneously with a time signal
(e.g. tv, radio or telephone).
