Probable Cause
A. An outer roller clip is not
pointed straight down and is
scraping in the header.
B. An outer roller is not tight,
causing the clip to scrape in the
header.
C. Door panels are too low,
causing them to scrape on the
base of the centerguide or on
the shower base/bath ledge.
D. Rollers have worn and are
noisy.
A. A roller clip is not pointed
straight down and is scraping in
the header.
B. Door panels are too low,
causing them to scrape on the
base of the centerguide or on
the shower base/bath ledge.
A. The centerguide is not installed.
B. The centerguide is not installed
in the correct location.
C. The door panels are not
correctly installed on the
centerguide.

Recommended Action
A. Loosen the outer roller screw,
rotate the clip so that it points
straight down and is engaged in
the header, and securely tighten the
roller screw.
B. Tighten the outer roller screws,
ensuring that the clips point
straight down.
C. Adjust the rollers to raise the door
panels so they no longer scrape.
See step 24.
D. Replace the rollers.
A. Loosen the roller screw, rotate the
clip so that it points straight down
and engaged in the header, and
securely tighten roller screw.
B. Adjust the rollers to raise the door
panels so they no longer scrape.
A. Install the centerguide according to
the instructions.
B. Install the centerguide on the
center of the shower base/bath
ledge.
C. The centerguide rails should be
inside the bottom frames of the
door panels.
D. Obtain the correct product for your
shower opening.
A. Press the threshold firmly down on
the centerguide connector until the
two parts snap together.
B. Apply 100% silicone sealant around
the entire centerguide. This is
easiest done if the outside panel is
removed.
C. Install the centerguide on the
center of the shower base/bath
ledge.
D. Adjust the rollers to raise the door
panels so they no longer scrape.
