5. Software updating
procedure
The new generation of boards introduced by Sicam
works in Windows CE; this enables our research and
development department to constantly update the
machines, in order to resolve any programming errors
and to add functions to the machine, like translations in
different languages and special programmes.
The updates are sent via USB key.

Software updating procedure:

1. Decompress the file received via e-mail (intall.zip);
2. copy the whole install file on the USB key;
3. connect the USB key to the balancing machine;
4. start the machine;
5. await update loading;
6. repeat machine calibration.
To force updating with machine started:
1. Upon exiting the diagnostics page, press keys <r>,
<r>, <r>, <o>.
