2.6 Water connection
Maximum permitted water connection is 3 bar (300kPa).
- Cooking pan - drinkable water. (HOT WATER / COLD WATER)
- Jacket - DECALCIFIED water (1/2" INLET UNDER THE BASE AT THE RIGTH SIDE)
- The water inlet pipes (one for hot water, one for cold water, one for jacket) must be connected to the water supply by means
of 2 taps that can be EASILY turned off when the appliance is not operating or is under maintenance.
- It is necessary to install a mechanical filter between the taps and the appliance in order to prevent ferrous particles from
entering and eating into the pan in the long term due to oxidation.
- Before connecting the last piping section, we recommend to let some water flow out in order to remove any possible ferrous
particles from the pipe.
2.7 CONNECTING TO THE DISCHARGE
The water must flow into an open trap so that no contact is possible between the appliance and the trap in order
to comply with current hygiene regulations. There must therefore be a discharge for the appliance. The discharge
pipe must be able to withstand high temperatures.
Before delivering the appliance to the user:
- check that it operates correctly,
- instruct the user on how to use it.
