INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR PART 99-2011
Kit Assembly 99-2011
Double DIN radio provision
1. Locate the factory wiring
harness in the dash. Metra
recommends using the
proper mating adapter from
Metra or AXXESS. Re-
connect the negative battery
terminal and test the unit for
proper operation.
2. Snap the Double DIN
brackets to the edge of
the Double DIN trim plate.

3. Slide the Double DIN head
unit or stacked ISO head
units into the bracket/radio
housing assembly and
secure the Double DIN head
unit or stacked ISO head
units to the assembly using
the screws supplied with
the radio. (Figure B)
Note: For the Buick Le Sabre,
Oldsmobile Aurora and the
Pontiac Bonneville the (3)
speed clips and screws
provided with the kit will
need to be installed into the
sub dash where the screw
holes line up on the kit.

4. Reassemble dash in reverse
order of disassembly.

ISO DIN head unit provision
with pocket
1. Mount the pocket to the
radio brackets with the (4)
#8 x 3/8" Phillips screws
supplied. (Figure A)
2. Slide the head unit into the
radio brackets and secure
with screws supplied with
the unit. (Figure B)
Note: For the Buick Le Sabre,
Oldsmobile Aurora and the

3. Clip the trim plate/housing
over the radio/pocket
assembly. (Figure B)
4. Locate the factory wiring
harness in the dash. Metra
recommends using the
proper mating adapter from
Metra or AXXESS. Re-
connect the negative battery
terminal and test the unit for
proper operation.
5. Mount the new radio
assembly into the dash and
reassemble dash in reverse
order of disassembly.
