Service intervals

Daily Check the maintenance unit for cracks
and damage and drain off condensate
if necessary via the drain plug (Fig. 1,
item 2).
Every 6 months Change air filter (see chapter 3.6.2).

Disassembly
!
Only change the air filter when the maintenance unit
is at zero pressure.
1. Switch off the compressed air.
2. Remove the compressed-air line from the
maintenance unit.
3. Remove the condensate vessel (Fig. 2, item 1). To
do this, push down the lock (Fig. 2, item 2) and turn
the condensate vessel (Fig. 2, item 1) to the right or
left then pull it down.
4. Turn the filter assembly (Fig. 2, item 3) in the
condensate vessel by 45° to the right or left and
remove it from the condensate vessel.
5. Turn the deflector plate (Fig. 2, item 4) clockwise
and remove it.
6. Pull the filter element (Fig. 2, item 5) off the deflector

(Fig. 2, item 6).
Assemble
1. Slide the new filter element (Fig. 2, item 5) onto the
deflector (Fig. 2, item 6).
2. Secure the deflector plate (Fig. 2, item 4).

3. Before installing the filter assembly, check if the
O-ring (Fig. 2, item 7) is present and correctly
installed on the condensate vessel.
4. Insert the filter assembly (Fig. 2, item 3) into the
condensate vessel and turn through 45° to the right
or left to secure it.
5. Before installing the condensate vessel, check if
the O-ring (Fig. 2, item 8) is present and correctly
installed on the deflector.
