7 Installation
Mechanical installation
· Do not modify the screws and threaded
pins if not directly requested to do so in
these operating instructions.
For installation in a vertical or sloping position:

Masses which drop down can damage the diverting device of the toothed belt.
· Push the cantilever arm first into its lower end position.
· Check whether shock absorber supports need to be attached before the
DGEA is mounted.
For basic mounting of the DGEA:
· Use the NST−... slot nuts (accessories)
in the grooves of the drive head.
When the slot nuts are tilted, they glide
into any position of the profile in the
groove.
· Use the centring sleeves ZBH−...
(accessories).
· Check whether adapter plates from the
Festo multi−axis modular system are
required.
