Civil Code:
Art. 1641 – The vendor is held responsible for the guarantee in the event of
latent defects in the item sold which make this item unsuitable for the purpose
for which it was intended, or which reduce this purpose to such an extent that
the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have purchased it only at a
lower price, had he/she been aware of these defects.
Art. 1648 – First Paragraph – Action resulting from unacceptable latent
defects must be taken by the buyer within two years from the time that the
defect was discovered.

Qualified individuals

Installation, maintenance, repair
The heat pump must be installed by a certified electrician.
Contact the dealer for any maintenance and repair on the heat pump.
Operation, maintenance: Easy-to-operate
The operation and routine maintenance of the heat pump do not require any
particular technical skill and can therefore be performed by any adult having read
and understood this manual.
This apparatus, however, is not intended to be used by children or individuals
with physical, sensory or other disabilities that would otherwise prevent them
from safely operating the apparatus.
