Value * 0.87 gives the time
from shutdown to top speed

CV 6 must be less than CV 5
8 = Restore basic
factory settings
Long address. CV 17 = higher-value bit,
CV 18 = lower-value bit.
Long address must be activated
in CV 29 / bit 5.

Total value must be calculated.
