ATTENTION! Make sure not to inadvertently press the
pushbutton when pulling back the patient's cheek with the
contra-angle handpiece while the motor is running.
Risk of burning the oral mucosa!
• Do not repair the contra-angle handpiece yourself
• Fit or withdraw only with motor at standstill.
• Use only faultless WB instruments. These must be clean to
prevent dirt from being carried into the clamping system.
They should be checked for sharpness from time to time.
• For application details and operating data on the different
instruments (e.g. speed and setting the preparation depth),
please refer to the information provided by the manufactur-
er.
Use only instruments whose shanks comply with the re-
quirements of DIN EN ISO 1797-1.

• Do not use any instruments whose specifications differ from
the ones indicated!
• Use only faultless files in order to prevent fatigue fractures
of the files as far as possible.
• Test whether the file is firmly seated by pulling and turning
it.
• Do not immerse the contra-angle handpieces in cold water
to speed up the cooling process. This would permanently
damage your contra-angle handpiece!
• Do not leave any contra-angle handpieces on the motor
overnight, in order to prevent oil from penetrating into the
electric motor. Never lubricate the electric motor!
