Fitting bicycles

1. Press chocks -1- together in inner area (arrows A)
and slide all of them to rear (opposite to
direction of arrows B).
2. Load rear lid bicycle carrier with fi rst bicycle.
3. Align bicycle centrally and loosen bicycle
holder 1 -2-.
4. Fit clamps of bicycle holder 1 fully around the bicycle
frame, secure by tighten star head nut and then lock.
Note
Tighten holder carefully. Do not clamp the bicycle
frame using excessive force as this could damage
delicate frames such as carbon fibre frames.
5. Press chocks -1- together in inner area (arrows A)

and slide out to respective wheel (arrow B). Chock
all wheels.

6. Secure both wheels using tensioning straps -4-.

7. Load rear lid bicycle carrier with second bicycle,
position facing in opposite direction to first bicycle.
The securing process for bicycle holder 2 is basically
identical to first bicycle.
8. Load rear lid bicycle carrier with third bicycle,
position facing in same direction as first bicycle.
The securing process for bicycle holder 3 is basically
identical to first bicycle.

1. Load rear lid bicycle carrier with forth bicycle,
position facing in opposite direction to first bicycle.
Securing of bicycle holder 4. -5-, it runs from frame
of third bicycle to frame of forth bicycle.
Remove bicycles in reverse order.

The front three bicycle rails can be slid to the left or
the right when the design of the bicycles hinder their

loading.
Loosen respective star head nuts (arrows) to slide
rail. Slide the respective bicycle rail in the respective
direction and secure.
Note
The rails must not project beyond the outer edge of the
vehicle.
When doing this, ensure that the overall centre of
gravity lies in the centre of the rear lid bicycle carrier.
