Thermal breakers are installed to protect the suc-
tion motor ( Photo 7 - G ) wherever foreseen and
the brush motor ( Photo 7 - F ).
When one of these breakers trips automatically, the
disabled function can be reactivated by fully de-
pressing the button of the breaker.
When the thermal breakers trip, especially when
the machine is used during the first few weeks, it

Drain the recovery tank
Drain, rinse with clean water or sanifi-
cate the recovery tank
Charge the batteries
Check the acid level in the battery cells
(if batteries are not maintenance-free)
Check the wear of the squeegee rubber

Grease the moving parts.
Check the control cable for the opening of
the solution water tap.
Descale water hoses.
8.10 RECOMMENDED SPARE PARTS
You'll always be able to use your machine as effi-
ciently as possible by maintaining a stock of the
most common consumable materials and by sched-

might not be caused by actual machine malfunc-
tions. However, a specialized technician should
check the device if the relative breaker continues
to trip.
