Instructions for charging
Warning: When the battery has reached the lower cut-off voltage, the trolley switches off
automatically!
At the latest, the battery must be recharged when, during operation, the LED panel of the charge
level indicator is showing only red.
When the battery has reached the lower cut-off voltage, the trolley switches off automatically!
In order to return to the charging station, please do the following:
Turn key switch „OFF " and then „ON" again,
On/off switch „ON ".
A further 10 minutes of operation is then possible.
Please note, that individual charging location must be clearly identified by permanent markings
on the floor. Sufficient clearance from material which could present a danger (e.g. flammable or
explosive substances) must be guaranteed.
The charging unit is to be protected from damage, and in particular from moisture. Care should be
taken to ensure that the charging area is not exposed to possible falling items, dripping water or, in
the case of a burst pipe, to escaping liquids.
Connect the charger to the jack on the lower right of the operator stand and
insert the mains plug into the socket.
The trolley must be switched on during the charging procedure.
A yellow LED on the charger indicates that charging is in progress. The display
turns green when the battery is fully charged.
In this condition, the charger is on „conservation charging".
A red LED indicates a possible malfunction and shows that charging is not
taking place. Please check whether the charger plug has been correctly inserted.

1. Turn the key switch to Position „I".
2. Switch on by pressing the green On/Off button.
3. Check the battery charge display to see whether the batteries need to be charged.
4. Select the speed level gradually (for manoeuvring in cramped areas, we recommend
selecting a low speed, for covering longer stretches with good visibility, a higher speed
can be selected). The selected maximum speed is shown on the speed display.
5. Use the joystick to steer the cleaning trolley.
6. When finished working, switch off using the On/Off switch and turn the key to the „0" position
7. Remove the key to prevent unauthorised use.
