ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Tools required for assembly: Phillips head screwdriver, tape measure.
Remove all parts from box and make sure all parts out of the box are
undamaged.
Assemble Rooftop Basket
1. Place the front, center and rear sections on a flat non-marring surface.
2. Slide each end connector (located on front and rear sections) into the
center section. FIG 1.
3. Use 8 rubber washers (J) and 8 screws (I) to join the sections together.

NOTE: Do not fully tighten screws until you have inserted all 8 screws.
4. Fully tighten all 8 screws.
The assembled rooftop basket should look like. Fig 3.
Reposition Cross Bars (if adjustable)
1. Loosen the cross bars on your vehicle. The distance between the
cross bars should be a maximum of 37-1/2" (953mm) from center
to center. Fig. 4.
NOTE: Maximize the distance between the cross bars for optimum
load distribution.
2. Allow the cross bars to remain loose, so you can adjust as needed
when installing the rooftop basket. You will tighten the cross bars
during the check installation process.
