Please contact our service partners in case of malfunctions and complaints within the warranty period.
Even after the warranty period is expired you can have necessary repair work done by our service partners
and certified electricians.
Service work should only be carried out by authorised specialist staff.
Defective components should only be replaced with
modular design simplifies the replacement of individual components.
In the event of after-sales service and when ordering spare parts specify always the data and correspond-
ing part number given in the rating plate.
