2.1- General safety

ƒ Read the Instructions Manual before turning
the machine on. Be aware of and observe
all recommendations for use and safety
during operation. Pass the information to the
other users and keep the Manual in a place
accessible to all users and maintenance staff.
ƒ The stickers found on the machine provide
a series of important indications: respecting
the signals is a way to safeguard your own
safety. Replace illegible or damaged stickers
immediately.
ƒ Keep a first aid kit in an easily accessible place.
ƒ Observe and pay attention to all safety
recommendations in this manual. Lack of
attention during the operation might result
in a serious accident.

2.2- Safety in the preparation

ƒ Choose a flat location for coupling the Head to the Harvester. This makes the
procedure easier and safer.
ƒ Do not stand between machine and the Head during the coupling. There
is a risk of accident with impact injuries and crushing in the event of an
involuntary movement.
ƒ After coupling, make sure the Head is properly engaged and the screws
properly tightened.
