2.4 Maintenance activity and troubleshooting
Carry out the adjustment, maintenance and inspection work specified in the operating
instructions on time and with original spare parts.
These activities may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
2.5 Installation and testing of the lifting system
The technical documentation contains important information on the safe operation and
maintenance of the functional safety of the lifting system.

Always keep these operating instructions in a complete and legible form at the
operation site of the load handler. This also applies to the sale or reinstallation
at another location.
In addition to the operating instructions, the generally applicable legal and
other mandatory regulations relevant to accident prevention and
environmental protection are to be observed and directed.
The safety and hazard awareness of the personnel at work has to be checked
at least occasionally with regard to the operating instructions.
If required or required by regulations, use personal safety guard.
Keep all safety and hazard warnings of the lifting system in a readable
condition!
Spare parts must correspond to the technical requirements defined by the
manufacturer. This is only guaranteed for original spare parts.
Periods for recurring inspections/inspections, prescribed or specified in the
operating instructions, must be observed.
To proove the installation of the lift system, the form Installation Record has to
be signed and sent back to the manufacturer.
To document the initial, periodic and extraordinary security checks, this
document contains the relevant forms in the Annex. Use these forms for
documentation and keep them filled in the log book.
The changes must be entered in the master data sheet of the system.
