1.2 Correct usage

This mobile diesel filling station DT-Mobil Easy is
an approved IBC (= Intermediate Bulk Container)
in accordance with ADR for hazardous goods in
packaging group III (liquid, non-flammable, water-
polluting substances of low risk) as well as flamma-
ble liquids with a flash point > 55 °C.
The collection, transport and removal container is
also suitable for being set up outdoors (observe
environmental conditions in section 2.1!).
Correct use concerns, for example, (preferably) the
following liquids:
- diesel fuel/heating oil
- biodiesel

1.2.1 DT-Mobil Easy with ADR approval

The following applies for containers with ADR
approval:
• no restriction regarding direct use (i.e. several
filling points can be approached in sequence
from the starting point).
• no restriction regarding unloading at the place of
filling, however:

only with the use of a collection tray.
• tagging (stickers) required
• requirement to equip with a fire extinguisher
• carriage of supporting document (in this case,
conveying paper) required (observe national
exemption regulations!)
• the so-called "1000 point rule" as per table
1.1.3.6 ADR, i.e. total quantity per vehicle
< 1000 points (for diesel fuel, 1 l = 1 point)
• repeat inspection by an expert required 2½ years
after the date of manufacture. ADR approval
expires after 5 years. The filling station may still
be used after 5 years in accordance with regula-
tion ADR 1.1.3.1c (see sections 1.2.2 and 8.1).

In accordance with ADR 1.1.3.1 c) (called the
"craftsman regulation" in Germany), hazardous
goods may also be transported using containers
without ADR approval.
The following applies for containers without
ADR approval:
• transport only for direct use with self-filling
(i.e. approaching only one filling point and filling
not done by a third party)
• unloading of the container from the vehicle at the
place of filling is not permitted
• no tagging (stickers) required
• no requirement to equip with a fire extinguisher
• no supporting documents required
• permitted container content: max. 450 l; the
so-called "1000 points rule" also applies
(see section 1.2.1),
• no repeat testing required
• no reduction in service life.
1.2.3 Summary
The equipment is not intended for any other or
additional purpose.
For safety reasons, modifications are not
allowed to the filling station (except for the
addition of accessories specially provided
by the manufacturer – see section 6).
Correct usage also includes compliance with all
information in these operating instructions.

1.3 Inappropriate use

Accordingly, inappropriate use also
includes failure to observe the notices in
these operating instructions.

• non compliance with the regulations of the
ADR (including 1.1.3.1c) and prevailing national
provisions.
• storage and transport of liquids other than
those specified under correct usage,
e.g. bioethanol, chemicals, oils
(lubricating, hydraulic or vegetable oil).
