2. Unscrew cap from the filling opening and check
the inside of the tank for contamination (clean
as necessary, e.g. with a vacuum cleaner).
3. Fill tank (see 5.4, point 2)

Important!
Please always use an automatic delivery
nozzle to avoid overflows.
4. Perform a test filling as described in section
5.5, but hold the delivery nozzle in the still
open filling opening.
5. Close the filling open tightly again with the cap.
The filling station is now ready for operation.

5. Operation
5.1 Storage
Attention!
Material damage (deformation) of
the tank from excessive heating or
mechanical overload.
• Do not expose the high-grade plastic tank to
direct sunlight for extended periods either during
transport on the vehicle or when in storage.
• Do not stack any filled tanks on top of each other
(except for 200 l tank with ADR approval).
Suitable storage conditions:
• ambient temperature: -10 °C to +40 °C
(cover or take other suitable measures
when storing outdoors)
• floor: level and smooth
(without pointed projections)
• stackability:
max. 2 empty (!) tanks on top of each other

Important!
When stacking:
- For the version with lid, this must be closed and
completely locked with the two locks j .
- For fixing, the four locking cams k on the top of
the tank or lid must click into the four recesses on
the underside of the tank.
