After sales technical service
In case of technical problem regarding any of the Polytropic heat pumps, the
following measures should be taken:
- Provide to the technical service with essential information such:
Serial number of the machine
o
Manometer value when machine is stopped
o
Manometer value when machine is working
o
The position of ON/OFF button and if it is lighted or not
o
The value displayed on Set1 and if the button is lighted
o
The value displayed on Set2 and if the button is lighted
o
If ventilator is working or not
o
Position of the by-pass valves
o
- Contact your re-seller (or directly the hotline corresponding your country)
and pass on these elements together with the dimensions of the swimming
pool, your information (address, telephone number) and the description of
the failure.
If this procedure is respected, the Polytropic technician will be able to define a
more accurate diagnosis of the failure.
The recommended solution made by Polytropic will be implemented briefly
after that.
