TROUBLESHOOT

16. SELF CHECK OF THE FAULT
NOTES:
The following is the judgment and inspection of
common abnormalities. If simple treatment cannot be
eliminated, please send it to the maintenance office for
consultation. Please do not disassemble and repair
yourself to avoid danger or damage to the water purifier.
PROBLEM
Not discharging
water or not

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Liquid level sensor inside the lid is
blocked.
There is a wrong position of the
lid and the jug, the lid does not
be pressed down.
Under the protected mode, there
is not discharging water if water
running overtime.
The filter is blocked.
The filter is not be exchanged in
time,then out of services.
Not opening the ball valve
completely.
The filter failure.
Not using in a long time.
The quality of water and source
is poor.

The pump may make slight noise when it operates in
the purifying and filtering of the water purifier. You can
use it normally.
There there is any problem in using, please solve as
the following methods. For the fault that can not be
solved, please contact the local sell service center.
SOLUTION
Checking the liquid level sensor is blocked or not, if it is, it
needs cleaning and ensuring its unimpeded.
Check the position between the lid and the jug is right or
not and the lid does be pressed down or not.
If the power light and the filter light flicker at the same
time, it means enter the overtime protected mode, we can
reuse it after reconnecting.
The filter need washing or exchanging.
The filter need exchanging.
Check the inlet ball value is opened or not.
Contact with the local sell service and exchange in time.
Make the water run first then make power on,and use
water to wash 3-5minutes.
Identify water source as municipal tap water.
Cut off the water and the power,then report the
malfunction.
