Caution: The pumping time should be determined individually for each flow cuvette
and each measurement setup. To do this, you can measure how an air bubble wanders
through the hose, for example, or measure the absorbance continuously for two solutions
with different concentrations. Pumping time, rinsing time and settling time can be set method
specific (section 10.3).

The times are entered in seconds using the numeric keypad. The keypad opens by clicking
on the corresponding entry.
The „Reset" function enables a reset of the pumping time, rinsing time and settling time to
factory settings.
The field "Methods" will open the menu for programming the sipper methods (section 10.3).
NANOCOLOR
The rinsing time determines the volume of rinsing solution that
will be pumped through the flow cuvette after every measurement.
Rinsing can be performed manually, if necessary after each mea-
surement.
The settling time determines the wait time between the pumping
operation and the measurement. The settling time allows air bub-
bles that have formed during the pumping operation to escape and
allows time for turbulence in the sample to stop.
