LADDER CONFIGURATIONS
TWIN STEPLADDER
PROPER SET-UP AND HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS
From the storage position (see Figure 11), unlock both adjustable hinges to
disengage the locks as indicated in FIgure 1. Pull the two sections of the ladder
apart until both hinges snap into place and securely lock (see Figure 12).
To increase the height of the ladder, unlock the rail locks on one side of the
ladder and tip the ladder to its side to allow the outer section to drop to
your desired height (see Figure 13). When you are at your desired height,
lock the rail locks.
Unlock the rail locks on the other side of the ladder and tip the ladder to its
side to allow the outer section of the ladder to drop to the same height as
the first side. When you are at your desired height, lock the rail locks.
The ladder is properly aligned when the ladder steps are level as shown in
Figure 14.
Visually make sure the rail locks are in the locked position and no
red is showing.
To return the ladder back to its lowest position, reverse the process above.
