LADDER CONFIGURATIONS
STAIRWAY
PROPER SET-UP AND HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS
From the storage position (see Figure 15), unlock both adjustable hinges to
disengage the locks as indicated in Figure 1. Pull the two sections of the
ladder apart until both hinges snap into place and securely lock
(see Figure 16).
To increase the height of the ladder, unlock the rail locks on one side of the
ladder and tip the ladder to its side to allow the outer section to drop to
your desired height (see Figure 17). When you are at your desired height,
lock the rail locks.
Adjust the other side of the ladder accordingly to fit staircase.
The ladder is properly aligned when the ladder steps are level as show in
Figure 18.
Visually make sure the rail locks are in the locked position and
no red is showing.
To return the ladder back to its lowest position, reverse the process above.
