3 - INTENDED USE

DATA-MATE is a compact multi-function display that can be installed on sprayer machines for tank level, pressure, flow rate and speed monitoring.
Cables and sensors for each DATA-MATE configuration must be ordered separately.
DATA-MATE manages:
- Two 12VDC 4/20mA analogue inputs, (tank level and pressure sensors);
- Two 12VDC pulse inputs (square wave flowmeter + NPN inductive speed sensor or two flowmeters);
- One 12VDC 2A max. output (may be used to control an automatic tank filling system).
DATA-MATE displays (connected to the suitable cable/sensor configurations):
- Tank level;
- Pressure + tank level;
- Pressure + speed;
- Pressure + tank level + flow rate (flowmeter not supplied);
- Pressure + tank level + speed;
- Pressure + two flow rates (two flowmeters wired);
- Pressure + tank level + flow rate (flowmeter not supplied) + speed
Data-Mate also displays the calculated partial and total values of spray rate, spraying time, area sprayed, distance and sprayed volume.
The multi-language and multi-unit software allows for complete Data-Mate configuration management. The on-board USB port and the USB flash
drive supplied are used for firmware updating, saving and uploading configurations and calibrated tank management. Tank calibration can be manual
or automatic with max. 50 calibration points resolution.
The 200.309.2 display is self-aligning inside its support.
DATA-MATE can be fitted on M180 and M200 control kits using the fasteners supplied and can be easily removed from the tractor cabin and reposi-
tioned later on.

4 - INSTALLATION AND PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS

WARNING: all preliminary connection operations must be performed without power supply.
Use suitable instruments and tools. Always wear the necessary personal protective equipment.
PRECAUTIONS
• Never direct water blasts towards the device.
• Never use solvents or petrol to clean the outer surfaces.
• Never use direct water blasts to clean the device.
• Use the indicated power supply voltage (12 VDC).
• Before performing any arc welding, detach all connectors and power supply cables.
• Use only original Braglia accessories and spare parts.
