Important information about the individual modes of operation:
Conventional operation with AC power:
The headlights on the ends of the train, the auxiliary
lights and warning lights on the locomotives are on
all of the time. The brightness of these lights depends
on the amount of voltage present in the track.
All other functions are off all of the time.
DELTA operation with the
6604 DELTA Control:
The auxiliary lights and the warning lights on the
locomotives are on all of the time.
Prerequisite: The same DELTA address must be set
on the decoders in both locomotives. All other func-
tions are off all of the time.
DELTA operation with the
6607 DELTA Station:
The headlights on the ends of the train, the auxiliary
lights and warning lights on the locomotives are on
all of the time.
Prerequisite: The same DELTA address must be set
on the decoders in both locomotives. All other func-
tions are off all of the time.
Digital operation with the 6020 Central Unit:
The headlights at the ends of the train can be turned
on with the "function" and off with the "off" buttons.
The auxiliary lights and warning lights on the loco-
motives are on all of the time.
Prerequisite: The same digital address must be set
on the decoders in both locomotives. All other func-
tions are off all of the time.
Digital operation with the 6021 Control Unit:
All of the controllable functions can be used in this
mode of operation.
