Warnings

The UHP contains small parts that could cause choking
if
swallowed.
•
Do not use the UHP if the housing is cracked.
•
Do not use broken, frayed or cracked cables.
•
Color Cap must be attached when headpiece is in use.
•
Use the minimum number of magnets required to en-
sure sufficient magnetic attraction of the UHP.
•
If irritation, pressure, or redness occurs contact your
cochlear implant center.
Generally, additional magnets will not be required. If
additional magnets are needed, they should only be
inserted under the direction of a cochlear implant pro-
fessional. The UHP Bottom Cover Patch should only be
removed by a cochlear implant professional. If the patch
is dislodged, replace it with the extra patch provided, or
contact your cochlear implant center.
