How to enable communication between Printer & Folder
a. From Menu Setup On printer UI Select the last option
"Accessories" and then select the "Folder" option.
If "Folder" option not available upgrade Printer Fw (see Software
requirement
page.1).
b. Press install folder :
Flap down folder successfully installed
Check folder installed successfully by see folding style list on
EWS .
If not see service manual
c. In view folder information option it's possible to check :
If folder is installed : yes;
The folder status : Ready
The Folder Firmware version : Number must be the same on
MTF document.
d. The Folding style option allows customers to choose :
If customer need to print and fold from Network or from
folder front panel, it's possible to select the "From folder front
panel" option
if customer need to print without to use folder for specifically
drawing, it's possible to select "No fold" option*
*It's possible to bypass this option by choosing from EWS or RIP the
folding program.

Check if white cylinder arm is completely lowered to actuate the CA sensor .
