Broil drawer (on some models)
To get a better broil, use a rack position
that places food closer to the broiling
element. Move the food down and use
the Broil Lo mode for a better prepara-
tion/lower broil. In positions B and C,
the broiling pan (in some models) or
the rack (in some models) rest on the
lateral supports of the drawer. In the
lower position (A), the utensils rest
directly on the bottom of the drawer.
Be careful not to touch the inside of
the door when placing and removing
food from the bottom of the drawer.
Lower and slide the broil pan (on some
models)
When placing utensils on the rack supports
or bottom of the drawer, use the orienta-
tion from front to back for easier placement
and better coverage.
Oven air vents
Never block the vents (air openings) of
the range. They provide the air inlet
and outlet that are necessary for the
range to keep cool and operate proper-
ly with correct combustion.
Air openings are located at the rear of
the cooktop, at the top and bottom of
the oven door, and at the bottom of
the range.
Vent appearance and location vary.
