Attention: If the X symbol is red, the OBU is not
installed correctly (D5). Remove it and align
it again.
Only use the OBU, when the alignment process
was fi nished successfully as described above.
E: Applying adhesive cleaning strip onto the
external OBU
Remove the external OBU from the bracket and
apply the adhesive cleaning strip onto the back
side of the external OBU. Make sure that the tape
stays within the marked borders (E1) and does not
cover the two light pipes (E2). Insert the OBU into
the bracket.
Attention!
 Before each trip, check the bracket and the 
OBU for damage and check if the bracket is
mounted properly and if the OBU is inserted
correctly. You must also make sure that both
parts of the OBU are aligned.
 If necessary, you can receive a new assembly 
kit with a bracket at any service point for free.
 The Safety Sticker should be placed on the 
dashboard where it is easily visible.
