3 - Use
Option 3: Sensors
I
Displays the status of the "Rest" sensor and the pressure sensor. Rest
sensor is the sensor checking the position of the main motor. "ACT"
means that the main motor is in the position ready to perform a cycle.
Pressure sensor: the value read by this sensor is then translated into the
setting force reading. At rest, it might be possible that residual pressure is
present < 10 bars.
Option 4: Push-Pull view

The Push-Pull is calibrated at the factory, this page is giving access to
the sensor status.
Option 5: Temperature View
I
Displays the temperature measured by three internal sensors. For
safety reasons, the machine stops working and displays an error if
an overheating occurs. The tool will stop if one of these
temperatures reaches 75°C as a safety rule.
Option 6: Battery
I
Displays the type and charge status of the battery.
Option 7: Next Service
I
Displays the number of cycles left before the next scheduled service. A
warning will be displayed when approaching and surpassing the service
threshold. The counter is defined for 250 000 cycles, refer to the chart
on page 43. Resetting of this counter can only be done by
maintenance personnel. Maintenance service interval is defined as
250 000 cycles.
Option 8: Force set. Verify

This menu adjusts the setting conditions so that the real setting force
applied on the mandrel can be measured using a force indicator
measurement device (load cell).
An offset < 400 N between the measured and the displayed value is
considered acceptable.
Option 9: Restore defaults
I
This page will allow you to restore the settings to factory defaults.
