NOTE: If you have four single-line wall jacks, you must use adapters/couplers (not included) to combine the four wall jacks
into two dual-line jacks. The adapter/coupler may look similar to the one pictured above and can be purchased from your
local telephone products vendor.

ALL OUNTING
1. Remove the base pedestal.
2. Rotate the phone so that the bottom of the base is facing up and the thickest end is pointing away from you.
3. Rotate the base pedestal so that the thinnest end is pointing away from you. Reattach the base pedestal by
inserting the tabs into the slots on the bottom of the base, then slide the base pedestal in place by pushing it
away from you.
