2. Adjustment of differential pressure: Turn the differential pressure adjustment screw (2) to the right to increase the pressure difference at
power off, or to the left to decrease it.
3. The adjustment screws (1) and (2) are related to each other. Please adjust them properly. The normal pressure shall not exceed 8kg/cm2,
and the high pressure shall not exceed 12kg/cm2.
B. Pressure adjustment of semi-automatic relief valve: (refer to Fig. B)
Adjustment of set pressure:
Turn the relief valve lock nut (2) to the left to loose it, and then turn the pressure adjustment nut (1) to the right to tighten it, in order to
increase the pressure, or turn the pressure adjustment nut to the left to loose it, in order to decrease the pressure. After adjustment, turn
the lock nut (2) to the right to fix it.
C Safety valve
The air compressors are equipped with a safety valve to prevent too high pressure in the air reservoir, posing a hazard. The safety valve has
been adjusted according to the design specification of "pressure vessel" at the factory. Please do not adjust it arbitrarily. If you need to adjust
it, please inform our service department or the dealer. Normally, pull the relief ring at least 5 times every week to check that the safety valve
is functioning properly. (Refer to Fig. C)
IX. Maintenance of air compressors
A Daily maintenance:
1. Please check if the oil level in the crankcase is within the specified range before use every day. If not, add the oil to the proper level.
2. After daily use, the water drain valve below the air reservoir shall be opened to remove any water inside.
3. Pay attention to abnormal sound, vibration or implausibly high heat during operation.
B. Weekly maintenance:
1. For a new machine, change the lubricating oil after operation of the first 50 hours.
