Limited warranty
This battery analyzer is warranted to be free of defects in materials and process for a period of one year from the date of purchase. SATA
Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will, on its free will, choose to repair or replace the unit with a remanufactured analyzer. This
limited warranty applies only to battery analyzers from SATA Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and does not cover any other
equipment, static damage, water damage, overvoltage, dropping unit or damage resulting from extraneous causes including owner misuse.
SATA Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this warranty. The
warranty is void if the owner attempts to disassemble the unit or modify the cable assembly.
Service
For service, the buyer shall be contact with SATA Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Please have your unit and serial number ready.
We will firstly call you to ask you some questions about the unit failure. In fact, many simple faults can be rectified in this step. If the fault
still exists, please obtain a Return Authorization No. from the Customer Service Department of SATA Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co.,
Ltd. It is also a follow-up number for you. Finally, return the unit to SATA Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. with the freight prepaid
and indicate its Attention RMA#. If you have any questions, please contact:

SATA Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will repair and re-deliver the unit to the buyer on the fifth workday after receiving the unit
via the same mode of transportation as the unit were received (under normal circumstances). If SATA Automotive Technology (Shanghai)
Co., Ltd. confirms that the failure was caused by misuse, alteration, accident, or abnormal condition of operation or handling, the buyer will
have the option of paying for the repaired product or the unit will be returned freight collect (which will be included in the repair charge
invoice). The buyer must be subject to the repair charges of products from SATA Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. beyond the
warranty period. Products beyond the warranty period can be repaired by SATA within 3 months after the limited warranty.
