4. Safety Advice

Attention! Please read these instructions carefully before connecting and putting
into service. The reliability and the functionality of the machine can only be ensured,
if the general governmental accident prevention regulations as well as the safety
information in the manual are respected.
1. The machine may only be used accor-
ding to the operating instructions on
hand. We accept no liability for dama-
ges that are caused by improper hand-
ling or incorrect operation.
2. The Dosper must stand on an even
undersurface which has to be suffici-
ently stable and resilient for the ope-
rating weight of 12-60 kg (depending
on the used container sizes).
3. To avoid penetration of water (e.g.
splashing water), the machine should
be set up in a dry place.
4. The voltage mentioned on the type
plate has to correspond with the vol-
tage of the power source.
5. The machine shall only be connected
to a socket with protective conductor.
Never connect or disconnect the main
plug with wet or moist hands.
6. Approved operators: the machine
owner must make the user instructions
accessible to the operators. He also has
to make sure, that any approved opera-
tor has read and understood them. Only
after that the operator is allowed to put
the machine into operation.

7. The Dosper must be checked for its
impeccable condition and work safety
before use. If it is not in an impecca-
ble condition, the machine shall not be
used and has to be marked accordingly.
8. Do not put any objects into the
machine.
9. Do not lock the pushbutton of the
machine.
10. When not in use, the power supply
has to be disconnected.
11. The signs and stickers have to be
kept readable and shall not be removed.
12. Before cleaning and maintenance or
replacement of spare parts disconnect

13. The machine may only be opened
and maintenanced by skilled personnel

parts which have been authorized by
