4 Installation
Once the unit is unpacked, visually check the packing list (See 1.1) and that there
are no parts damaged during transportation.
Save the packing for some days for a later sending.
4.1 Suitable location
Place the unit over a flat level and stable surface, suitable for the unit weight.
Use the leveling instrument to check the flat placement.
Note: The front of the machine can not be lower than the rear part. In this case
the unit won't operate properly and could display E3 message (Dry not completed).
Place the equipment not far than 1.5m from a power supply plug.
No tap water and waste will be needed.
Autoclave dimensions are: heigh- 460mm, width- 460mm & depth- 600mm.
To work comfortably, let a free space of 50cm on each side and not least than 20cm
on the rear part.
Prepare to refill the water reservoir from the top of the unit.
4.2 Connection to power supply
Locate a power supply socket (rated to 16A) near the unit.
4.3 Filling water reservoir
Use distilled or deionized water with this autoclave.
Open the top cover to fill the reservoir tank.
If there is not enough water, the "water" indication led will blink and an acustic alarm
will beep.
Pay attention with the maximum filling level, in the red mark. Do not exceed it.
4.4 Draining water
To empty the tank of used water, connect the output shown in the picture to the tube
and open the valve by turning it counterclockwise and clockwise.
This tank should be frequently emptied. We recommend emptying it whenever you
fill the tank with clean water.
To empty the clean water tank, connect the outlet indicated in the picture to the
supplied pipe and open the valve by turning it counterclockwise.
This tank does not normally empty, only in cases of tank cleaning or equipment
transportation.

Use the power cord supplied or another of similar specifica-

For safety reason, the socket must have ground terminal,
since the unit must work grounded.
Before plugging on the socket, check that its voltage matches
the voltage marked on the unit plate.
