limited warranty coverage
The pet door flap, locking cover, exterior frame and interior frame in the EMCO® K-900 Self-Storing Door are warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for as long as the original
consumer purchaser owns the home in which the original storm door with pet door was initially installed.
In the event the pet door flap, locking cover, exterior frame or interior frame fails as a result of a defect in manufacturing, material or workmanship within the limited warranty period and upon written proof of purchase,
EMCO will provide the appropriate replacement part to you without charge. Replacements made under this limited warranty are warranted for the remainder of the limited warranty period applicable to the original
storm door in which the pet door was installed.

The limited warranty set forth in this document is the only express warranty (whether written or oral) applicable to the pet door flap, locking cover, exterior frame and interior frame in the EMCO® K-900 Self-Storing Door,
and no one is authorized to modify or expand this limited warranty. All warranty claims must be made during the applicable warranty period.

• Damage caused by alteration of the pet door.
• Damage caused to the storm door as a result of use of the pet door.
• Damage due to air or water infiltration caused by use of the pet door.
• Damage due to improper installation, maintenance or use.
• Damage as a result of normal wear and tear.
