Management via SaveProg.
With SaveProg you can edit the card database.
In particular, you can:
• Set the operating mode as stand-alone or with audio/
video module;
• Add/remove user cards.
• Add/delete installer cards, for manual registration of user
cards.
• Pair a card with a name and an extension with the cards,
for easy removal. The cards are saved on the device
with a unique, sequential recognition ID. The archive of a
user's card-name pairings is saved by SaveProg on the
PC being used, when programming the device.
In the stand-alone configuration you can:
• Set the relay activation time.
• Enable the CA input for local relay opening.
In the configuration with AV module, F1 relay opening times
and CA enabling are set directly on the AV module.
Alongside a valid card, you can configure the AV module to
open the transponder module relay or one of those present on
the auxiliary modules, by configuring the AV module.
You can also configure the F1 relay as a common or exclusive
lock for the speech unit.
Connect the PC to the USB and follow the SaveProg instruc-
tion documents for specific details.
In the event of an error the red LED on the transponder mod-
ule flashes constantly. Make sure that:
- the AV module is compatible with the transponder (e.g. not
item 41000);
- the transponder is communicating with the AV module (in-
correct wiring);
- the AV module firmware version is up to date.

Manual Management
To register a user card manually you need to follow the steps
below:
1. Bring near a card programmed as "Installer";
2. Within 5 s, bring near the new card to be registered as
"user"; while waiting the blue LED on the device will blink
fast.
3. Keep the card in position to confirm. In this case the
green LED remains lit for 1s (the relay is not triggered).
4. The procedure will resume from point 2, so within anoth-
er 5 s you can program other cards. The blue LED will
flash quickly.
In the event of exiting due to time-out or malfunctioning the
LED will turn white, and you will need to repeat the entire pro-
cedure.
This procedure registers cards in the database as "user", with
the name "manual-n", where n is the next number in the reg-
ister.
To delete cards you always need to use SaveProg.
6
Normal Operation
A "user" card recognized as valid activates output F1, for the
EN
time programmed for the relay; when this occurs the green
LED will switch on for 3 s. If the card is not recognized as valid,
the red LED will flash for 3 s.
If the local button is enabled, pressing it will directly activate
the F1 output, for the time programmed for the relay, or the
command configured on the AV module. This application is
useful for door lock release buttons.
7
Updating
The device is updated with Winboot via the USB connection.
To upgrade you need to disconnect the device from the aux-
iliary power supply and from the other modules, connect the
USB to the PC and start the update.
While waiting for updating (30 sec) the red LED stays on.
