2 MACHINE INTRODUCTION

2.1 INTRODUCTION TO MACHINE & MODELS
Ice wells produce an attractive and special presentation effect for fresh drinks and dishes.
Ice works like a display in which you can spread distinct color tones thanks to LED illumination
installed at the bottom of the well (only for DE-CH120 and DE450 models). DEX-CH80 models
are totally neutral.
Specially designed to be isolated, our neutral well is perfect to display products above the ice.
It is made of stainless steel, satin finished.
Our product allows LED illumination through the double methacrylate drilled surface located at
the bottom of the well.
3 LED strips allow a homogeneous illumination inside the well.
3/4" drain valve produces the water evacuation during ice melting.
The assembly drop element provides a perfect top attachment.

2.2 IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

The appliance must be only repaired by qualified personnel. Please contact your distributor and
do not attempt to open this appliance.
The technical parameters inside this manual are subject to change without notification.
If the appliance is not going to be used for extended periods of time, make sure it is empty,
cleaned and disconnected from the electricity supply.
The working temperature of the appliance may be affected by the ambient temperature and its
location.
Make sure that external sources do not influence the appliance that may prejudice its
performance (heating, direct sources of heat or similar).
This appliance is made of stainless sheet steel. Risks of cutting are inherent in its design. Please
take extra care when handling or cleaning.

3 INSTALLATION

3.1 GENERAL INFORMATION

The use instructions of the RGB controller are attached to this manual.

3.2 TRANSPORT, HANDLING, UNPACKING, LOCATION

On receiving the device, make sure that it has not suffered any damage in transport. Otherwise,
make all pertinent claims to your supplier or to our company.
The warranty will only cover manufacturing defects, excluding any incorrect handling or use of
the material by the clients or users. Labor costs and travelling expenses are always on the
account of the client. Any responsibility for defects attributable to transport will not be
