Malfunction

screwed in too far (e. g. when
changing the direction of rotation)
incorrectly at 180° (plate offset 30°)
Remedy
Pressurise connection (B) and turn
the plate back against the direction
of rotation as far as possible. Doing
this causes the overload protection
and the locking mechanism, if
applicable, to engage audibly
Send DHTG to Festo
Open screw
Unscrew the adjusting screw for the
shock absorber until the rotating
plate engages

Replace shock absorber

Unscrew adjusting screw
Force overload protection and turn
until it re-engages
