MANUTENZIONE
In ogni prima di ef fettuare verif che interne
accertarsi che:
1. l ' a p p a r e c c h i o n o n s i a a l i m e n t a t o
elettricamente
2. all'interno dell'apparecchio non vi sia gas
in pressione
• DN 15 ÷ DN 25: (vedi f g. 1) svitare
la vite di bloccaggio della bobina (10) e
rimuoverla. Svitare le viti di f ssaggio (7)
del coperchio ( 8) e disassemblarlo dal
corpo valvola (4). Controllare l'otturatore
(5), pulire e se necessario sostituire
l'organo di tenuta in gomma. Pulire il f ltro
(6) sof f andolo, senza rimuo verlo dal
corpo valvola (4). Procedere al montaggio
eseguendo a ritroso l'oper azione di
smontaggio.
• DN 32 ÷ DN 100: (vedi f g. 2 e 3) svitare
il dado ( 13) e s f lare la bobina ( 12).
Svitare le viti di f ssaggio (10) e con
molta at tenzione s f lare il coperchio
(11) dal corpo v alvola ( 4), quindi
controllare l'otturatore (5) e se necessario
sostituire l'organo di tenuta in gomma
(6). Successiv amente pulire o sof f are
il f ltro (9) o se necessario sostituirlo
(per il posizionamento v edi pagina
successiva f g. 4 e 5); quindi procedere al
montaggio facendo a ritroso l'oper a zione
di smontaggio.
• PER INSERIRE LA RETE (8)
(DN 32 ÷ DN 50) (v edere f g. 4):
Posizionarla come in f gura facendo
attenzione a rispet tare le guide sulla
circonferenza interna del corpo v alvola
e bloccarla con le viti apposite
• PER INSERIRE L'ORGANO FILTRANTE
(8) (DN 65 ÷ DN 100) (vedere f g. 5):
Posizionarlo come in f gura facendo
attenzione ad inserirlo all'interno delle
guide (15)
Le suddette operazioni
essere eseguite esclusivamente da
tecnici qualifi cati.

SERVICING
In all cases, before performing any internal
checks make sure that:
1. the power supply to the device is
disconnected
2. there is no pressurised gas inside the
device
• DN 15 ÷ DN 25: (see f g. 1) unscrew
the coil f xing screws (10) and remove
the coil (9). Unscrew the co ver f xing
screws ( 7) and disassemble it from
body v alve ( 4). Check the obtur ator
(5), clean or if is necessary sobstitute
the rubber made seal component. Clean
the f lter (6) blowing it without taking it
off the body v alve (4). Then assemble
doing backward the same oper ation of
dismantling.
• DN 32 ÷ DN 100: (see f g. 2 and 3)
unscrew the nut ( 13) and remo ve the
coil (12). Unscrew the f xing screws ( 1 0)
and, with care, take the cover (11) off
the body (4) of the valve, then control
the obturator (5) and if it is necessary
change the rubber made seal component
(6). Then clean or blow the f lter (9) or
change it if necessary (f or the correct
position see next page f g. 4 and 5);
then assemble doing backw ard the same
operation.
• TO INSERT THE NET (8)
(DN 32 ÷ DN 50) (see f g. 4):
Position it as in the f gure taking care
to respect the guides in the internal
circumference of the body valve and f x
it by the special screws
• TO INSERT THE FILTERING ORGAN
(8) (DN 65 ÷ DN 100) (see f g. 5):
Position it as in the f gure taking care to
put it inside the guides (15)
devono The above-said operations must
be carried out only by qualifi ed
technicians.

MANUTENTION
Avant de f aire des véri f cations internes,
s'assurer:
1. que l'appareil n'est pas alimenté
électriquement
2. qu'il n'y ait pas de gaz sous pression dans
l'appareil
• DN 15 ÷ DN 25: (voir f g. 1) dévisser
la vis de blocage de la bobine ( 10) et
extraire la bobine ( 9). Dévisser les vis
de f xation (7) du couv ercle ( 8) et le
désassembler du corps de v anne ( 4).
Contrôler l'obturateur (5), nettoyer et, si
nécessaire, remplacer le joint d'étanchéité
en caoutchouc. Net toyer le f ltre (6) le
souff er sans l'enlev er du corps de la v anne
(4). Effectuer le montage en faisant les
opérations en sens in v erse du démontage.
• DN 32 ÷ DN 100: (voir f g. 2 et 3) dévisser
l'écrou (13) et extr aire la bobine ( 12).
Dévisser les vis de f xation (10) et, en
faisant très at t ention, extraire le couv ercle
(11) du corps de la v anne ( 4), puis
contrôler l'obturateur (5) et, si nécessaire,
remplacer la pièce d'étanchéité en
caoutchouc ( 6). Ensuite, net toyer ou
souff er le f ltre (9) ou, si nécessaire, le
remplacer (pour le positionnement v oir
page suivante f g. 4 et 5); puis effectuer
le montage en f aisant les opér a tions dans
l'ordre inverse du démontage.
• POUR INSERER LE RESEAU (8)
(DN 32 ÷ DN 50) (voir f g. 4):
Le positionner comme dans la f gure en
faisant attention à respecter les guides
sur la circonférence interne du corps de
la soupape et le bloquer a vec les trois vis
spéciales
• POUR INSERER LE COMPOSANT
FILTRANT (8) (DN 65 ÷ DN 100)
(voir f g. 5):
Le positionner comme dans la f gure en
faisant attention à l' insérer à l' intérieur
des guides spéciaux (15)
Les opérations mentionnées ci-dessus
doivent être exécutées exclusivement
par des techniciens qualifi és.

MANTENIMIENTO

De todas f ormas, antes de ef
verif caciones internas, controlar que:
1. el apar ato no esté alimentado
eléctricamente
2. en su interior no haya gas en presión.
• DN 15 ÷ DN 25: (ver f gs. 1) destornillar
el tornillo de f jación de la bobina ( 10)
y extraer la bobina ( 9). Destornillar los
tornillos de f jación (7) de la tapa ( 8)
y retirarlo del cuerpo de la válvula ( 4).
Controlar el obturador (5), limpiarlo y, si
es necesario, cambiar el órgano de cierre
hermético en goma. Limpiar el filtro
(6) soplando en el mismo sin quitarlo
del cuerpo de la válvula ( 4). Proceder
al montaje siguiendo la oper ación de
desmontaje en orden inverso.
• DN 32 ÷ DN 100: (v er f gs. 2 y 3)
desenroscar la tuerca ( 13) y extr aer la
bobina (12). Desenroscar los tornillos de
f jación (10) y retir ar cuidadosamente
el tapón ( 11) presente en el cuerpo
válvula (4). A continuación controlar el
obturador (5) y , de ser necesario , sustituir
el elemento de retención en goma ( 6).
Sucesivamente se deberá limpiar el f ltro,
soplarlo (9) o -en caso de ser necesario-
sustituirlo (para su posicionamiento véase
página sucesiva, f gs. 4 y 5). Por último,
efectuar el montaje ejecutando par a ello
en orden y sentido in verso la operación
de desmontaje.
• PARA INSERTAR LA RED (8)
(DN 32 ÷ DN 50) (vèanse f g. 4):
Ponerla como en la f gura teniendo cuidado
a respetar las guias en la circonferencia
interna del cuerpo válvula y bloquearla
con los tres apropriados tornillos
• PARA INSERTAR EL ELEMENTO
FILTRANTE (8) (DN 65 ÷ DN 100)
(vèanse f g. 5):
Ponerlo como en la f gura teniendo
cuidado a insertarlo dentro la guias ( 15).
Las operaciones antes indicadas
deben ser ejecutadas únicamente
por técnicos cualifi cados.
