Instructions for the manual installation of the
Integrity sink under the worktop.
The option detailed below is recommended by Cosentino
S.A. for the following reasons:
It is a simple installation that does not require the use of
special tools.
Pre-installation work
1. Making the sink cut-out in the
worktop.
The worktop cut-out must be 2mm less on each side than
the interior size of the sink. If you are using a CNC
machine, the cut-out must be made according to the
template supplied with the sink.

If for any reason you wish to replace your Integrity sink,
you will not need to replace your worktop as well, as it
can be easily removed without damaging the worktop.
2. Reviewing the underside of the
worktop.
The lower part of the worktop that will be in contact with
the sink must be checked for any imperfections that
might prevent total contact between the worktop and
the sink. To eliminate these you should use a hand held
mechanical polisher.
A 2-3mm bevel should also be made on the edge of the
lower part of the worktop cut-out so that it acts as a
connecting line to the sink, thus preventing the joint to
be visible.
