Reinforcement anchorage kits for sinks.
OPTION A. Installation with the
fastening belts.
Two fastening safety belts are supplied with the sink to
anchor it.
The kit consists of the
following items:
2 FASTENING BELTS
x2
8 SCREWS
x8
2 WOODEN ANCHOR POINTS
x2
4 WASHERS
x4
Fitting fastening belts:
The belts are fixed to one side of the kitchen unit with
screws.

Before fixing the belts, you need to make 2 holes at each
end to insert the screws.
The wooden anchor points will be screwed to the other
side of the unit with two screws and two washers for each
one.
Pass the belts behind the anchor points and place the sink
over the belts.
To install the sink under the worktop, apply the ColorSil
silicone, tighten the belts and screw in the lower part of
this side. The belts must be fastened to apply as much
tension as possible to the sink.
Once it is in place, remove any excess silicone from
the sink before it dries. Cosentino recommends using
CLEANCOLORSIL to remove it. Do not use any products
containing METHYLINE CHLORIDE.
In the case of an integrated or mitred installation, use
the fastening belts to reinforce the anchorage. Tighten
them and screw them in so that they apply as much
tension as possible over the entire length of the sink.
