DesCrIpTIoN
The oil-free compressors are
designed for amateurs with a wide
variety of work to be done. These
compressors can be used with spray
guns and compressed air and other
tools. These units operate without
lubricating oil. The compressed
air is able to contain moisture.
Install a filter or a dehumidifier if
the application in question require
dry air.

This manual contains information
that is necessary to know and
understand, given its importance.
This information is provided for
safety reasons and as a means of
preventing equipment problems.
To help recognize this information,

Indicates an imminently
DANGer :
hazardous situation which, if not
avoided, will result in death or
serious injury. WARNING. Indicates
a potentially hazardous situation
which, if not avoided, could result in
death or serious injury.
Indicates a
ATTeNTIoN :
hazardous situation which, if not
avoided, may result in minor or
moderate injury. NOTE. Indicates
important information that, if not
followed, could result in equipment
damage.
opeNING THe BoX
After opening the package, carefully
inspect the unit to see if there is any
damage caused by transportation.
Before putting the unit into
operation, make sure that all screws
and fittings are tight.
Do not place the
WArNING :
compressor if it has been damaged
during transport. Any damage could
result in one burst soon cause injury
and damage.
This compressor is
DANGer :
not fitted and should not be used
as a source of breathable air.
For any operation that requires
air for human consumption, the
compressor must be fitted with a
safety device and alarm suitable
on-line. This additional equipment is
needed to filter and purify the air to
meet the minimum requirements.
GeNerAL sAFeTY
INFormATIoN
Once the compressor and other
components (pump, pistols, filters,
lubricators, hoses, etc ...) used
form a high pressure system, the
following precautions should always
be followed:
1. Carefully read all the manuals
included with this product. Become
familiar with all controls and with
the mode of operation of the
equipment.
2. Follow all electrical and national
security.
3. Operators only well acquainted
with the rules of safe operation may
operate this equipment.
4. Keep others away and never
allow children in the workplace.
5. Use safety glasses and hearing
protection when operating the
compressor.
6. Never stand on or support
equipment.
7. Before each use, inspect the
compressed air system and
electrical components for damage,
deterioration or leaks. Repair or
replace the defective items before
putting the unit into operation.
8. Check tightness of all fittings
frequently.
Engines, some
WArNING :
electrical equipment and controls
can cause electrical arcs that will
ignite gases or fuel vapors. Never
operate or repair the compressor
near flammable gases or vapors.
Never store flammable liquids near
the compressor.
Certain
ATTeNTIoN :
components of the compressor
could possibly be hot even if the
machine is stopped.
9. Keep fingers away from the
compressor. Moving or hot
components can cause personal
injury and / or burns.
10. If the compressor vibrate
abnormally, stop the engine and
try to find the cause. Generally, the
vibration identifies a problem.
11. To reduce fire hazard, keep the
engine free of foreign oil, solvents
or grease.
