the machine, loosen the nut.
Routine Maintenance
To keep the machine in good working condition the following items must be checked and serviced regularly.
Sawdust chamber
Vacuum the sawdust chamber regularly.
Roulette murale
Drums
Check the outer surface of the drum regularly. Remove any dirt.
Wheels
Roulette murale
Remove dirt from the machine unit and wheels regularly.
Dirt may cause uneven sanding.
Dust bag
Roulette murale
Remove the bag and shake it well to remove sawdust.
Turn the bag inside out and wash it in the machine in cold water to prevent blockage of the pores and a decrease in dust
collection ability. We strongly recommended the Bona DCS as an alternative to the fabric bag.
Belt tension
Réglage des roues (suite)
Check belt tension regularly. If the belt is excessively worn it must be replaced.

sanded.
Routine Maintenance (Cont.)
Excessive belt tension may cause the premature failure of the ball bearings. The drum belt must
have a 10.5 mm stretch with a center load of 30±3 N.
Drum pulleys and motor pulleys
Réglage des roues (suite)
Regularly check that the groove (A) of the pulley has not sunk, otherwise the belt (B) will operate on the
bottom (C) of the pulley itself.
Pulleys with sunken grooves cause the belts to slip and the correct power will not be transferred
to the drum/suction pipe.
This situation can easily occur if the machine loses power during operation. They should therefore
be replaced.
Bearings
Réglage des roues (suite)
Check bearings regularly for wear or damage according to the following timescales:
Wheels:
After the first 2500 hours
Fan Shaft:
After the first 2500 hours
Sanding Drum:
After the first 5000 hours
Motor Shaft:
After the first 5000 hours
