Pre-Operation Safety Inspection by Operator

Ensure that no pedestrians, vehicles, or other obstruction are blocking your intended
path of travel or are in any way endangered by operation of your equipment.
Plan your moves ahead of time!
 Check that a fire extinguisher is secured in a convenient location and is
properly charged.
 See that a first aid kit is complete and located in a location
convenient to the operator.
 Clean operator area so that no dirt or debris interferes with full
visibility and safe operation.
Operator must assure that all personnel who work with and around this equipment
understand their roles in its safe operation!
