Trouble-Shooting
Hydraulic System
System Fails To Function
 Low Oil Supply - Fill system to the proper level with the correct fluid.
 Clogged Suction Screen - The suction screen is located in the tank suction port,
simply clean or replace if necessary.
 Damaged Hydraulic Pump, Motor, or Lines - Take vehicle to certified mechanic to
have system serviced.
Controls Difficult To Operate
 Service and lubricate or replace Morse Cables.
Excessive High Temperature, Hydraulic Fluid
 Clean debris from oil cooler
 Check fluid level.
 Check for incomplete control valve positioning.
 Check for stalled auger.
Equipment Jumps Forward on Startup
 If the engine starts when shifter lever is in gear - Check the neutral safety switch,
it may be damaged and need to be replaced.
 Hydrostat electrical control problem. (Contact manufacturer)
Vehicle Will Not Move
 Broken axle shaft.
 Transmission or hydrostat system damage.
 Hydrostat electrical control problem. (Contact manufacturer)
