Do not drain petrol in closed rooms or in close proximity of open fire and
sparks. Do not smoke! Petrol fumes can cause explosion or fire.

Start the engine and let it run until it has used up all remaining petrol and
stalls.

Remove the spark plug cap.

Clean up clippings from the machine, including from its underside, with a medium
brush.

Slightly grease the cutter to avoid corrosion.

Store the lawn scarifier in a dry, clean and frost-protected place, out of reach of unau-
thorized persons.

You may fold down the guide rail by reversing the procedure described in chapter 6.1.
Be careful not to bend or kink cables.
